IFC FILMMAKER GRANT

KEY DATES: Application Deadline: June 30, 2024 Materials Reviewed: Throughout July Grant Recipient Announced: August 1, 2024 Films Must Be Completed By: August 1, 2025

ELIGIBILITY:

The grant is open to narrative shorts & features, and short & feature documentaries.
Applicant must have submitted to an IFC competition within the last 5 years.
Applicant should be a yearly member of the Independent Filmmakers Coalition or have been a monthly member for at least a year.
Project must be complete within a year of receiving the grant.
IFC respectfully requests to use the filmmaker’s name and any photos you are willing to provide in promotional materials and online.
We ask that you recognize IFC publicly in any promotional materials and programs.
Project must align with IFC’s mission.

IFCKC’s mission is to foster collaboration, creativity, and innovation in the local filmmaking community by providing networking events, educational programs, exhibition platforms, and mentorship opportunities for independent filmmakers.
